It's here again... indeed, sometimes asked myself: What's the significance of the new year? How different is it compared to the past? Is it just another occasion when we get together, catch up with one another? Is it time for us to open a new chapter?
Er... that thing pops up my mind... Review the 'harvest' of the year... Revise strategies and Plan ahead... Implement... Assess and Review again... oops! the cycle goes on and on...
